2025 Tri State Telecommunications Conference Vendor Booth Information
July 28 – 31, 2025
Sun Valley Resort – Sun Valley, Idaho
Associate Membership: It is required that all vendor booth registrants are Associate Members of Idaho, Utah, and Wyoming to display at the Tri State Telecommunications Conference. If you have not already paid the Associate Member dues for 2025, please complete the Associate Member application and return it with the conference registration form.
Vendor Booth Schedule:
- Monday, July 28, 2025 Trade Show Set Up in Limelight Ballroom: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
- Tuesday, July 29, 2025 Trade Show Set Up in Limelight Ballroom: 9:00am – 12:00pm
- Tuesday, July 29, 2025 Trade Show Open/Exhibitor Showcase w/ Welcome Reception: 5:00pm – 7:30pm
- Wednesday, July 30, 2025 Trade Show Open in Limelight Ballroom: 8:00am – 6:30pm
- Wednesday, July 30, 2025 Trade Show Evening Reception: 5:00pm – 6:30pm
- Wednesday, July 30, 2025 Trade Show Tear Down: 6:30pm – 9:00pm
Vendor Booth Information:
Vendor Booth packets will be sent via email from Design West.
- Design West will provide an 8’ x 10’ piped and draped booth with company sign, that also includes 1 draped table and 1 If your company requires electricity or any other services, please contact Rich Stewart at Design West.
- Your Design West contact is Rich Stewart at 801-261-4646 or via e-mail at: designwestco@mac.com.
- Vendor booths will be assigned on a “first come, first serve” You will be notified prior to the conference of your booth location.
- The vendor booth exhibitor fee includes one complimentary conference If you have more than one representative staffing your booth, you must pay a registration fee for each additional representative (see conference registration form).
Shipping and Receiving:
- Vendors have the option to mail/ship their supplies directly to Design West or to the Sun Valley
- Design West will provide shipping instructions in the Vendor Booth
- Please note, if exhibitors choose to ship directly to Sun Valley Resort, they are solely responsible for tracking/ delivery before the conference and return shipping after the conference.
